Section 27(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)Save as provided under Section 14(1), the State Government may, by notification, constitute a separate Market Committee for effective implementation of provisions of this Act for such market yard(s) located in he State which is/ are considered as the Market Yard (s) of "National Importance" (MNI).
