Section 159(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)The Panchayat may allot plots up to 500 sq. yards from Abadi land available with to Ex-Service Military Personnel (Non-commissioned ranks) who do not own any Abadi land on priority basis, at 50% of the market price as mentioned in Sub-rule (5) of Rule 152.
