30. Power of [Development Bank] [Substituted by Act 52 of 1975, Section 52, for "Reserve Bank" (w.e.f. 16-2-1976)] to give directions.
In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Trust shall be guided by such directions in matters of policy involving public interest as the [Development Bank] [Substituted by Act 52 of 1975, Section 52, for "Reserve Bank" (w.e.f. 16-2-1976)] may give to it in writing, and if any question arises whether the direction relates to a matter of policy involving public interest, the decision of the Reserve Bank thereon shall be final.
