Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the policy with regard to the release of the subsidy amount has been formulated and is pending consideration by the Cabinet and the same is likely to be finalized shortly.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State that in case the claim of the petitioner is covered by the parameters laid down in the said policy, the necessary amount be released in favour of the petitioner. However, in case the competent authority feels that the relief claimed by the petitioner is not admissible or made out, in that case, a speaking order be passed in the matter.
