Section 5(2) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993

(2)Licence fee for granting Licence for a calendar year or part thereof in respect of cold storage other than those mentioned under [sub-rule (2)] [Substituted vide Section 3 of (Amendment) contained in G.S.R. 3 dated 19.10.2002.] shall be as follows:-
