15. Fees, condition and form of licences, permits or passes.
- Every licence, permit or pass under this Act shall be granted-(a)on payment of such fees, if any, as the Government may fix, and(b)subject to such restrictions and on such conditions as may be imposed by rules, and(c)in such form and contain such particulars as the rules may prescribe.
