A statement in Form 'F' showing the outstanding balance of compensation at the end of the financial year shall so long as the payment ha$ not been made to all the Jagirdars, be forwarded by the 15th of May, by the Compensation Officer to the Commissioner, Land Reforms and Jagirs.
