                         UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                              O R D E R

We have heard Mr. Ashish Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.P. Dhamija, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation and also perused the impugned judgment.

Since by the impugned order the High Court has remitted the matter back to the disciplinary authority to pass the speaking Signature Not Verified order after considering each of the contentions of the petitioner Digitally signed by MAHABIR SINGH Date: 2019.10.16 16:42:38 IST Reason: herein and also affording an opportunity to the petitioner, we do not find any ground warranting interference with the impugned order 2 in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner shall file a representation before the disciplinary authority within a period of three months from today and the disciplinary authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
