Section 9(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Fruit Nurseries Registration and Regulation Act, 2015
(1)The State Government may, on the application of any person aggrieved by an order passed under this Act, at any time, for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of such order, call for and examine the record of the case and may pass such orders thereon as it thinks fit:Provided that the State Government shall not exercise the powers under this section, in respect of an order against which an appeal preferred under section 8 is pending or in case an appeal has not been preferred, before the expiry of the time limit thereof.
