Section 10(1) in The M.P. Vidyut Pradaya Upakram (Arjan) Adhiniyam, 1974
(1)The licensee of every undertaking shall be given by the State Government an amount determined in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, for vesting in it, under Section 5, of the undertaking of the licensee.
