(3)Words and expressions used but not defined in these regulations shall have the same meanings respectively as assigned to them in the Act or the rules or regulations framed thereunder or in the [Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)] [Substituted 'Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956)' by Notification F. No. CCI/CD/Amend/Comb.Regl./2018, dated 9.10.2018.].
