                                              ORDER

1. Shri P.P. Rajeev, the appellant, sought copy of attestation form, certificates of Shri Rajeevan Nair submitted at the time of appointment; copies of memos, charge memos, suspension order, suspension revocation order issued to Shri Rajeevan Nair during his entire service and copy of report submitted by the Inquiry officer after completion of departmental enquiry etc.

2. The CPIO intimated the appellant that no specific record had been sought and also no public interest was involved in the matter. Dissatisfied, the appellant approached the FAA. The FAA upheld the CPIO's order. Aggrieved, the appellant came in second appeal before the Commission requesting the Commission to direct the CPIO to furnish complete information.

3. The matter was heard by the Commission. The appellant was not present in spite of the notice of hearing having been sent to him.

4. The respondent stated that the matter had been heard already on 27.09.2011 and decided vide Appeal No. CIC/AT/A/2010/001236/SS & 001134/SS on 18.11.2011.

5. In view of the submissions that the matter has been decided already vide Appeal No. CIC/AT/A/2010/001236/SS & 001134/SS on 18.11.2011, no intervention is required on the part of the Commission. The matter is closed.
