(6)The dittam for the time being in force in a math or specific endowment shall not be altered by the mathadhipathi:Provided that the Commissioner may at any time for reasons to be recorded in writing suggest to the mathadhipati to alter the dittam and the procedure for such alteration shall be the same as laid down in sub-sections (2), (3), (4) and (5):Provided further that where the mathadhipati does not comply with any suggestion aforesaid, the Commissioner shall refer the matter to the Court for its decision and the decision of the court shall subject to section 91 be final.
