16. SOURCES AND METHOD OF RECRUITMENT TO OTHER CLASS II POSTS
Sources of recruitment to other class II posts. The sources of recruitment to the variousclass II posts in the establishment shall be as follows:(a)Section Officer(General Office), NazirBy promotion from amongst permanent Review Officers andReview Officers (Hindi/ Urdu).(b)Bench SecretariesGradeI‘Repealed.’(c)Stamp Reporter By transfer of one of the Section Officers of General Office orBench Secretary, Grade I.(d)Private Secretaries ‘Repealed’.(e)Assistant PrincipalPrivate Secretary to Chief‘Repealed’.Justice(f)Chief DocumentationOfficercumChief LibrarianBy promotion of Deputy Librarian or Review Officers doingthe library work if he possesses requisite qualificationsprescribed for direct recruitment.
