Section 6 in The Bombay Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1959
6. Extension of period of [Council]. - Notwithstanding anything contained in section 5, the State Government may, by a notification in the Official Gazette, extend the term of office of the members of the [Council] for a further period not exceeding one year in the aggregate.
