Section 26(1) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
(1)Where a paper seal is used for securing a ballot box, the Presiding Officer shall affix his own signature of the paper seal and obtain thereon the signature of such of the candidates or their election agents or the polling agents present as are desirous of affixing the same.
