Section 1 in The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the Municipal limits of Shimla Town.(3)It shall come into force at once.
