Section 10 in The Himachal Pradesh Debt Reduction Act, 1976
10. Attachment of agricultural produce restricted.
- Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 not more than one fourth of the agricultural produce of a judgment debtor shall be liable to attachment in execution of a decree to which this Act applies.
