- In any prosecution for adulterated and misbranded food the Court shall, unless and until the contrary is proved, presume that any article of food found in the possession of a person who is in the habit of manufacturing, preparing, selling, storing, distributing or carrying on in transit like articles, has been manufactured, stored or carried for sale or distribution for human consumption by such person.(10)Milk-supply, dairies and cattle-sheds
