Section 13(2) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(2)Having regard to the situation or the requirement of a State road or the condition of the local area through which a State road passes, it shall be lawful for the State Government:(a)to fix a uniform width or with different in reach wise between boundary line and building line or between building line and control line.
