Section 32P(6) in The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
(6)[ On the payment of the last instalment of the price, together wit the interest due, the Collector shall issue a certificate of purchase in the prescribed form to the purchaser in respect of the land. Such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of purchase.
