                      Prayer:-     Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                      India praying for issuance of a writ of         mandamus forbearing the
                      respondent, its officials, servants from interfering with the running of the
                      petitioners bunk shop near Dev Darshan Flats, near No.1, Barnaby Road,
                      Kilpauk, Chennai -10, wherein selling vegetables and sandwich items till
                      the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020 is considered and
                      decided as per the provisions of the Street Vendors [Protection of
                      Livelihood and Regulation] Act, 2014 by the respondent.

                                                            ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] (1)The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with additional and better particulars and also supported by photographs. The learned counsel on record, undertakes to send an E-mail to the Registry to that effect.

(2)Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ganesan, learned Standing counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

(3)In the light of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
