Section 35(1) in The Rajasthan Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)Every employer shall furnish lo an Inspector such information as the inspector may require for the purpose of satisfying himself whether any provision of the Act or of the rules made thereunder has been, or is being duly carried out.
