Section 62(1) in The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2017
(1)No employee of the Board may be deputed to serve under any other employer without the approval of the Board for the duration of such deputation and the terms and conditions on which the deputation shall take effect:Provided that no employee may be deputed to foreign service against his will.
