Section 186(3) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(3)The Transport Authority giving a direction, or suspending, cancelling or varying a permit under sub-rule (2) shall send intimation of such fact to the Transport Authority of any other region in which the permit is valid by reason of counter-signature or otherwise.
