(9)The educational level and vocational aptitude of the juvenile admitted, may be assessed on the basis of test and interview conducted by the teacher, the workshop supervisor and other technical staff and necessary linkages may also be established with outside specialists and community based welfare agencies, psychologist, psychiatrist, child guidance clinic, hospital and local doctors, open school, Jan Sikshan Sansthan etc.
