COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified
Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the first
respondent passed in GSTIN: 33AKGPB7646B1ZM/2020-21 and
33AKGPB7646B1ZM/2021-22 dated 28.01.2023 and quash the same
and further direct the first respondent to re-upload the adjudication
proceedings with correct quantification of penalty amount under
proper head in the GST Portal.
