No. 380/A/SC/1416, dated 17-7-1972.It has been observed that the quarterly return prescribed in the standing order No. 103 issued vide this office No. 380A/SC/1083, dated 13-5-70 is not received in this office on due dates, as a result of which the quarterly return to be submitted to the Chief Accounts Officer, Rajasthan, Jaipur and Finance Department is either delayed or sent incomplete. Such delays and incomplete submission of Return has been commented upon adversely by the Chief Accounts Officer and the Government.It is, therefore, again requested that the quarterly return prescribed in Standing Order No. 103 should in future be sent to this office on due dates.
