(3)The [Executive Officer] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Act No. 11 of 2017, dated 31.3.2017.] shall, after making such inspection as may be necessary and within thirty days of the receipt of the application, grant. refuse, renew or cancel a licence, as the case may be, on payment of such fee as may be determined by the Board of Councilors by regulations.
