Section 323(1) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(1)The evidence of each witness shall be taken down and recorded in English or Hindi , as per the convenience of the Court. It shall be in narrative form and not in question-answer form except when so requested specifically by any party with respect to any particular question or answer for a specific requirement.
