(d)[ as nearly as may be, but not less than, twenty-seven per centum of the offices of Chairpersons of Municipalities shall also be reserved in favour of backward class of citizens as reserved to in Clause (6) of Article 243-T of the Constitution: and [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 19 of 1995 w.e.f. 19.10.1995.]
