Section 33(1) in The Navy (Disposal Of Private Property) Regulations, 1961
(1)When the Commanding Officer or a Committee of Adjustment concludes the disposal of an estate in so far as he or it is empowered by the Act and these regulations, he or it shall send to the person prescribed in regulation 23 a detailed report of such disposal as soon thereafter as possible.
