Section 24(1) in The U.P. Excise Licences (Tender-Cum-Auction) Rules, 1991
(1)The bid money payable by the licensee for a shop or group of shops for the entire excise year shall be payable in twelve equal monthly instalments specified in the licence by the licensing authority at the time of grant of the licence.
