Section 7(iv) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu, Employees Conduct Statutes
(iv)No employee shall, while seeking election to an office of an Association or Union of the University, employ outsiders who are not employees of the University for purposes of canvassing in such elections.
