(2)The Collector on receipt of the report from the Patwari under sub-rule (1) or on application from any person shall after making such enquiries as he deems proper and after giving an opportunity to the Bhuswami concerned of being heard, order that the land which has not been personally cultivated by the Bhuswami reverts to the State Government and that possession of the same be given to the Tehsildar of the Tehsil in which the land is situated or to such other person as the Collector may direct in his order.
