21 29-07-2016It appears that by order dated 18.11.2013 the matter was adjourned in view of the submission made on behalf of the parties that some documents are not on record and the prayer of the concerned party to bring those documents on record was Patna High Court SA No.323 of 1985 (21) dt.29-07-2016 allowed. It further appears that no document had been filed thereafter and this appeal stood dismissed for default. After restoration the present matter was placed for hearing today when the learned counsel for both the parties prayed for adjournment. This appeal is pending since 1985. This Court however reluctantly grants the prayer for adjournment in order to enable the concerned party to bring the documents on record, if so advised, by way of last indulgence.
Put up both the matters on the next appointed day.
