47. Land-holder to furnish a statement of account.
- Within one month of the receipt of the fee, the land-holder shall furnish a statement of account to the tenant in Form E and obtain a receipt therefor signed by the tenant of, if the tenant has paid the cost of postage and the certificate of posting send the account by post and obtain a certificate of posting.
