Section 1 in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Punjab State Grid Code) Regulations, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) These Regulations may be called the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Punjab State Grid Code) Regulations, 2013, in short, "State Grid Code (SGC)".(ii)These Regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the official gazette of the Government of Punjab.(iii)These Regulations shall extend to whole of the State of Punjab.
