The work of adult workers employed in filtering Shellac in Bhattaghar in Shellac factories shall be deemed to be of the nature referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 64 and shall be exempt from the provisions of Section 55, subject to the conditions that facilities for bathing and taking refreshment shall be allowed.Continuous Process Factories[Section 64(2) (d)]
