Section 25 in The Unit Trust Of India (Transfer Of Undertaking And Repeal) Act, 2002
25. Repeal and saving.-
(1)The Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 5 of 2002) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 5 of 2002), anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
