Section 545(1) in Rules Under the Court-Fees Act, 1870
(1)Under Article 1 (b) of Schedule II of the Court-Fees Act, 1870 (IX of 1870), a fee of [two rupees] [Substituted by M.P. 12 of 1966.] is leviable on petition or application containing a complaint or charge of any offences other than an offence for which police officers may under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, arrest without warrant when presented to a Criminal Court.
