(b)It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Grama Panchayat to send a copy of such opinion recorded in the register to the Grama Panchayat Department, Collector/[Sub-Collector] [Substituted by S.R.O.No. 648/99 vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1183, Dated, 16.8.1999.] and Block Development Officer within two weeks from the date of entry in the register.
