Section 2(h) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952
(h)[ "Non-Governmental Organisation" means any organisation or institution or society or trust or any other body with any such name and registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 or created under Indian Trusts Act, 1882 or registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 for educational and social purposes.
