3. If such students are eligible to get admission in Govt./Govt. recognised Private Elementary/Secondary School, what is the necessity of issuing Govt. recognition to Private Elementary Schools.

4. And other related information.

Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information. Observations:

Based on a perusal of the record it is noted that the identical RTI application was already adjudicated by the Commission on 14.11.2019 in case no. CIC/DSELI/A/2018/133555.

Decision:

In view of the above, the present case is treated as infructuous.

The case is closed accordingly.
