70. Other functions of the Electricity Ombudsman.
- The Ombudsman will draw up an annual budget for his office in consultation with the Commission and shall exercise the powers of expenditure within the approved budget. The Commission will indicate the respective share of expenditure, to be borne by each licensee and to be released quarterly in advance.
