(2)The registering officer or the Appellate Officer, as the case may be on receipt of the demand draft under sub-rule (1) shall arrange to deposit the amount in the appropriate account in the Bank specified by the State Government from time to time in the account of "Pay and Accounts Officer", Labour Department, Rajasthan under the relevant head of account.Chapter - V The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board
