Section 19A(1) in The West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978
(1)The Board may render such advice on valuation and rating to a Corporation or a [Municipality] as the State Government may, from time to time, require it to do or as the Board may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Act.
