Section 3(i) in Jammu and Kashmir Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Sex Selection/determination (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 2006
(i)Gynaecologist having experience of performing at least 20 procedures in chronic villa aspiration per vagina or per abdomen chronic villi biopsy amniocentesis, cordocentesis, foetoscopy, foetal skin or organ biopsy or foetal blood sampling etc. under supervision of an experienced gynaecologist in these fields.
