PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to
the impugned Provisional list of Candidates allotted on 01.11.2022 published in
the official website of the 4th respondent on 01.11.2022 and quash the same as
illegal in so far as non awarding of seats for admission to MDS Course for the
year 2022-2023 under BCM in Government Colleges is concerned and
consequentially to direct the respondents to consider the peititoner for
admission to MDS Course under BCM Category on the basis of the courses
chosen by the petitioner in the counselling held on 27.10.2022 within the period
that may be stipulated by this Court.
