84. Night and holiday work.
- Applications for work at night or on Sunday or holidays shall be made to the Traffic Manager, who on production of the necessary permission from the Customs Department shall make necessary arrangements for the proper conduct thereof and work on such days and at night shall be subject to the payment of special charges specified for the purpose.Explanation. - Holidays for the purpose of this rule shall be those notified by the Conservator from time to time.
